My name is Joseph Bailouni, I am excited to be the Village Manager at Oak Tree Retirement Village in Skye. I am originally from Lebanon, I migrated to Australia in 1991 and have been living in this wonderful country since. I live in Clyde North and have been living in the Cranbourne region for the past 20 years. I witnessed unprecedented growth in the area during this time.
The South East of Victoria is a wonderful place to live, we are close to the Mornington Peninsula and all its wonders, a stone’s throw from the Dandenong Ranges. The choices are limitless, coupled with excellent medical care and shopping facilities, why would you live anywhere else.
I have had over 20 years of experience in various management positions within the service industries. I have always enjoyed the retirement industry most, having worked for several operators since 2006.
Oak Tree is family orientated business with an amazing growth potential and the drive to provide quality retirement living opportunities which are affordable and attainable to most Australians. I am consistently inspired by their focus on looking after residents’ needs and I enjoy managing the business side of the village to help ensure all residents are happy and content with life.
The residents at Oak Tree Skye always have a funny story to share or piece of wisdom. I thoroughly appreciate interacting with our residents and enjoy their company.
I welcome you to our Village any time and would love to show you the wonderful home we have built here.
