Our residents and staff look forward to welcoming you to our community.
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Steve Thomas and I am proud to be the Village Manager of Oak Tree Retirement Village Skye. Originally from Shropshire in England, I am now happily settled long term in Australia and have been living in the local Frankston area for the past 10 years. Frankston is a wonderful place to live. We are not far from the beauty of Port Phillip Bay and all of the amenities including shops, medical facilities and social venues are within an easy, convenient distance.
I have had over 25 years of experience in various management positions across different sectors but have always enjoyed the retirement industry most, having worked for Oak Tree since 2010.
Oak Tree is family orientated business with an amazing growth potential and the drive to provide quality retirement living opportunities which are affordable and attainable to most Australians. I am consistently inspired by their focus on looking after residents’ needs and I enjoy managing the business side of the village to help ensure all residents are happy and content with life.
The residents at Oak Tree Skye always have a funny story to share or piece of wisdom. I thoroughly appreciate interacting with our residents and enjoy their company.
I welcome you to our Village any time and would love to show you the wonderful home we have built here.
