Oak Tree Retirement Villages Skye Pty Ltd (Oak Tree) is pleased to offer a limited-time rebate (Rebate) of up to $40,000 (Rebate Amount) for selected villas at Oak Tree Retirement Village Skye.The Offer is only available to eligible applicants (Applicant) who pay the required reservation deposit to Oak Tree on or before 30th September 2026.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Offer:

• The Offer applies only to selected villas at Oak Tree Retirement Village Skye, as determined by Oak Tree in its absolute discretion.
• The Rebate Amount applicable to a particular villa will be determined by Oak Tree (Villa) and advised in writing to the Applicant before payment of the reservation deposit. The maximum Rebate available under this Offer is $40,000.
• The Offer is a promotional incentive only and is not redeemable for cash, transferable, exchangeable or capable of being applied to any purpose other than as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
• Entitlement to receive the Rebate is conditional upon:
  • payment of the reservation deposit on or before 30th September 2026
  • Oak Tree and the Applicant entering into residence and management contract for the Villa in the form required by Oak Tree (Residence Contract) within 1 month after payment of the reservation deposit; and
  • settlement of the Residence Contract occurring within 3 months after execution of the Residence Contract by the Applicant.

Oak Tree may, in its absolute discretion, extend any of the time periods referred to above.

• The Rebate does not alter the entry payment specified in the Residence Contract. The Rebate Amount will be applied as a deduction from the total amount payable by the resident at settlement of the Residence Contract.
• Except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all amounts payable and all entitlements calculated under the Residence Contract will be determined by reference to the entry payment specified in the Residence Contract without reference to the Rebate or adjustment for the Rebate Amount.
• Without limitation, the Rebate will not affect:
  • the amount of any deferred management fee payable when the resident leaves the Village; or
  • the calculation of any capital gain, capital loss or other resale entitlement under the Residence Contract (if applicable).
• Applications for residency remain subject to Oak Tree’s standard eligibility criteria and approval processes for entry to Oak Tree Retirement Village Skye.
• If a Resident exercises any right to rescind, terminate or withdraw from the Residence Contract during any cooling-off period, settling-in period or similar statutory or contractual right of cancellation, the Rebate Amount provided under this Offer will be deducted from any amount otherwise payable by Oak Tree to the Resident. To the extent necessary, the Resident irrevocably authorises Oak Tree to set off the Rebate Amount against any monies otherwise payable by Oak Tree.
• Oak Tree reserves the right to withdraw, vary or terminate this Offer at any time before accepting an Applicant and confirming the Offer in writing. Any withdrawal, variation or termination will not affect an Applicant whose entitlement to a Rebate has already been confirmed in writing by Oak Tree.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, rebate, discount or incentive offered by Oak Tree unless Oak Tree expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
