I would like to introduce myself, I’m Trish Balcomb and I’m proud to be the Village Manager at Oak Tree Retirement Village Trish Balcomb Village Manager Orange.
I’m married, with four daughters, and live life on a farm in Toogong, approximately 65km outside of Orange.
Before starting with Oak Tree I worked in the Child Care sector as the Director of two Child Care Centres. Most recently I completed a contract at Orange Anglican Grammar school as a PA and for the past 7 years have been involved in the Orange Theatre Company both on and off stage.
In my role as Village Manager I am excited to be delving into something completely new. Already the residents and fellow Oak Tree staff have been very friendly and accommodating showing me the ropes and I’m most impressed by the product on offer here to local seniors. The Villas look smart and inviting, the gardens are beautifully maintained and the Village, on the whole, has a happy, relaxed feel.
I am looking forward to helping to provide a safe and happy environment for seniors to enjoy their golden years and working with the talented Oak Tree team.
I welcome you to visit me at the Village so we can share with you the wonderful life on offer here at Oak Tree Orange.
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Peter Neville and I am the Sales Manager for Oak Tree Retirement Village Orange.
Born in Orange I have spread most of my life between Orange and Bathurst, completing my schooling here and later in life, starting my family and raising my four children locally. I have a fond affection for the region and all its colour, diversity and opportunity.
My experience extends over 30 plus years in the real estate industry in Orange, having owned my own Ray White franchise for much of this period.
My first dealings with Oak Tree was when I sold them the land for the village some eight years ago and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and commitment to their word. I knew at the time Orange was in great need of senior accommodation of this type and enthusiastically offered my services.
Orange is such a wonderful place to live and Oak Tree are extremely passionate about preserving regional towns and keeping history in place; keeping people in the towns where they belong.
I look forward to helping Oak Tree Retirement Village grow and seeing our local seniors enjoy their retirement years.
Please give me a call. I would love to show you around Oak Tree Orange.
Oak Tree Retirement Village Orange is located at 109 Ploughmans Lane Orange in the Central West region of NSW.
Orange is a great place to live and retire. Gaining its popularity in the mid 1800’s as a gold mining town, Orange continued to prosper as farmers discovered the rich fertile lands which today flourish with fruit crops and wineries creating a go to destination for gourmet dining.
Situated on Blackman’s Swamp Creek in Central West NSW, Orange is known as Australia’s Colour City due to its rich tapestry of landscapes which change with the distinctive seasons. Every year the seasonal changes paint a vivid display throughout the region as floral fragrant flowers blossom and delight in Summer, then turn to gold and amber in Autumn. They fall to reveal the stark beauty of the natural tree in the cool of Winter and budd again in spring at the start of a new cycle.
While annual festivals take their lead from the changing seasons, the long-standing historical buildings, artesian venues and decadent dining facilities combine to create an enriching cultural scene all year round. Amenities such as an airport for domestic and global travel, state of the art hospital and medical facilities, plus intrastate train links make Orange a practical location as well as naturally breathtaking. Just minutes from town, Oak Tree Retirement Village Orange is perfectly located to enjoy all of the places you need and love to visit.
