My name is Jacki Vincent and I am delighted to be the Village Manager at Oak Tree Retirement Village Cardiff. With over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry with many of my clients being downsizers and retirees, I have an astute understanding of the process involved in making the transition to a retirement village.
I consider helping seniors transition into retirement living a huge honor and a process that I love and take very seriously.
Originating from the Hunter Valley, I have eagerly transitioned to Newcastle with my young family. I love the local vibe and atmosphere. Newcastle is such a beautiful place to raise a family, with so many attractions and possibilities at your doorstep.
I am proud to have cemented my place within the local community and am enthusiastic to continue meeting the people who call Lake Macquarie and Newcastle home.
I am a loving mother of two young children and enjoy spending time with family and friends soaking up all that Lake Macquarie and Newcastle has to offer, whether it is a trip to the beach or a walk around the lake.
I have an energetic and vibrant personality and genuinely care about everyone I meet. I look forward to working with Oak Tree to make Oak Tree Retirement Village Cardiff a wonderful community and fabulous place for seniors to live.
Oak Tree Retirement Village Cardiff is situated at 22 Cypress St, Cardiff.
Cardiff is located in Lake Macquarie in the Hunter region just 13km from Newcastle and it is a comfortable drive through the Central Coast district to Sydney or west to the Hunter Valley wine district.
As a city within one of the fastest growing regions of NSW, Cardiff was original a mining and trade services town. Staying true to its industrial origins, Cardiff continues to thrive as a significant employment catchment, successfully blending commercial and recreational facilities to provide residents with a comfortable lifestyle balance.
Excellent retail developments, modern medical facilities and infrastructure services compliment the local park reserves and nature strips, while nearby waterways and national parklands offer further leisure activities to ensure Cardiff is a desirable location to reside.
