Resident satisfaction continues to sit at the heart of everything we do at Oak Tree. This year, we’re proud to share that our latest annual resident survey has once again delivered exceptional results, with a strong 92% overall satisfaction rate across our communities.
Conducted by independent research firm Lucidity Group, the survey was completed by 65% of Oak Tree residents across our 34 villages nationwide. More than a measure of satisfaction, the results provide valuable insight into everyday village life including service delivery, management, staff engagement, maintenance, communication, and overall wellbeing.
The survey also plays an important role in our annual compliance obligations as a signatory to the Retirement Living Council’s Code of Conduct.
Our ongoing goal remains unchanged: to continually enhance our retirement communities so they remain vibrant, supportive places where residents feel genuinely at home.
Chief Executive Officer, Christine Gilroy, expressed her appreciation for the strong results and the valuable input from residents. “These results reflect what we see every day across our villages—strong communities, committed teams, and residents who genuinely enjoy where they live. We’re proud of the 92% satisfaction rate, but just as importantly, we’re focused on listening to feedback and continuing to lift the standard of village life across every Oak Tree community.”

What’s next?
Head of Resident Operations, Cameron Goffage, notes these results are an important milestone but only the beginning of an ongoing journey. “While we are proud of these results, our focus remains firmly on continuous improvement. Feedback from residents, both through formal surveys and everyday conversations, continues to shape how we evolve our services, facilities, and community life.”
We will keep listening, learning, and refining our approach to ensure Oak Tree villages remain welcoming, well-supported environments where residents can enjoy a fulfilling retirement.
Thank you to every resident who participated in this year’s survey. Your feedback is invaluable and directly helps shape the future of our communities.
