At Oak Tree, the cost of maintenance and repairs are covered by the weekly fee paid by our residents. What does that mean for you? Simply fill out a maintenance request form and your Village Manager will tend to it in a timely manner.

Live independently for longer
Our villages and individual villas and apartments are purpose-built for seniors to help you live comfortably and independently for as long as possible. While you may not need these features now, having them means you’ll be better prepared for the future.
... and the gardening too
We take care of all the gardening so you can make the most of your newfound free time. Many of our residents love to garden, so if you have a green thumb, you’re more than welcome to tend to your own. Many of our villages also have communal vegetable gardens to promote healthy living.
