Oak Tree Retirement Villages officially launched Stage 4 of its boutique Mudgee village on Friday 4 July, marking the completion of the final chapter in a project that has delivered high-quality, locally built homes for the region’s seniors community.
The event included a Step Inside Tour and official ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by Mid-Western Regional Council Mayor Des Kennedy, who also officiated the opening of Stage 1 back in 2019.

Stage 4 introduces 16 brand-new villas to the community, with a mix of two-and-three-bedroom homes. The first release of villas in this stage will be ready to move in by Spring, inviting residents to join a thriving community, purpose-built for active and independent retirees.
Oak Tree Mudgee has been developed in close collaboration with local trades and suppliers, supporting the local economy and fostering a genuine community spirit.
