Victoria Point Fitness Classes
Some of our energetic residents enjoy their Saturday morning aerobics class. It's fun, social and a great way to keep fit. The residents hold a class three times a week and for one of those sessions the super fit trainer Elaine Grey directs a class. Elaine is a Registered Nurse and qualified aerobics instructor. For $5 anyone is welcome to come along and join in.
With the warmer weather upon us the workout has now moved to the swimming pool and water aerobics classes will be held three times a week. Thanks Elaine, the residents love it!
