It’s so many things – the newness, peacefulness, the sense of security, the friendliness of the community, the lack of housework and garden maintenance required by us, and the pleasant surroundings.

Our social life has improved, we are entertained by interacting with other residents and the yard maintenance is taken care of for us.

We have made wonderful friends since moving in, everyone makes an effort to be part of the community, and it is a very friendly caring environment. We get together for morning tea, go to dinner on Friday
