Kingston Village extends its footprint

Marco, Greg and the team hosted a very successful Open Day at the Kingston (Tasmania) village over the weekend. Some 50 groups were in attendance which exceeded our expectations and signals a strong interest in the Oak Tree offering in the Hobart area.

The Hobart catchment had one of the strongest results for house price growth throughout 2012 when compared to other Australian capital cities. The property market is well into its recovery phase and the strong interest in our village suggests people are out again considering a new lifestyle. With one of the best views and positions in the district, our village is already home to a number of residents who are enjoying the benefits of village living.

In recent weeks we have extended the road to accommodate a further 12 villas as well as our community centre which we hope to commence in the near future. These facilities will feature state of the art inclusions such as computer areas, home theatre, kitchen, library and more. Additionally, we will build an all-weather Bowling Green which has proven a wonderful addition to our other villages.

We have had interest coming from all corners of the Hobart catchment but, as expected, mostly from the southern parts of the district. Kingston offers a great mix of amenities as well as the country feel – all within 15 or so minutes of the Hobart CBD.

Greg, our Village Manager would love to show you around our village and talk you through the extension we will be undertaking during the year. Call him today to make an exclusive appointment.

We are hosting Open Days this weekend in Cairns, Skye (Melbourne) and Goodna in Brisbane – we hope to see you there.

Hopefully it has stopped raining wherever you are – we have been drenched on the eastern seaboard this last month or so – time for some nice autumn weather!

Until next time,
Warm Regards,
Mark.
