Yesterday saw the Preview Event for our brand new Darling Heights village currently being built in Platz Street. Over 60 people came along to listen to Directors, Mark Bindon and Franco De Pasquale, together with Regional Manager Melissa Luck, introduce the village to the local senior community.
The event was held at the stunning Gabbinbar Estate.
After completing the hugely successful Oak Tree village in Baker Street, the new offering in Platz Street will consist of 59 homes with a mixture of 2 and 3 bedrooms with a release date of late 2018. The village will also feature a swimming pool, lawn bowling green, barbeque and entertainment areas, as well as a community centre and early plans for a vegetable garden.
