Breaking Dirt – Capricorn Coast

To say I am excited to announce construction has not only commenced in Capricorn Coast but is well under way would be an understatement!

Following the successful sell down of our Yeppoon village and the ongoing growth in demand for additional senior accommodation in the area, we were extremely confident the Coast could support another Oak Tree village.

We have already secured 12 off the plan villa sales in the Stage 1 release which has been an outstanding achievement by our sales representative Tarnya Mayes (who also managers the Yeppoon Village).

We were fortunate to secure a larger site for Capricorn Coast which has opened the opportunity to increase the Village facilities to include a stunning and well appointed Community Centre, in-ground swimming pool and bowling green.

All 62 villas will be stand-alone with spacious outdoor areas and the new designs have been well received by all. I have recently completed the fit-out selection for tiles, carpet, internal and external colour schemes which will be extremely modern and fresh and I’m looking forward to seeing the end result.

As some of you may know, the Central Coast received unprecedented rainfall in the past 12 months which has caused delays in commencement, however, our construction team and builders are well underway now and promising completion of initial villas late January with the opening of the Community facilities early March.

Yeppoon is transforming into a vibrant village similar to a ‘Noosa’ feel and I can assure you the new coffee shops and women’s fashion stores in the main street are well worth a look. When visiting I always make time for an afternoon walk along the beach front, the sunset is gorgeous and I enjoy breakfast with a view of Great Keppel Island from the Coffee Club.

If you are considering a ‘sea change’ call Tarnya for more information. You may be pleasantly surprised as to what Yeppoon now has to offer.
