Tai Chi with Australian Academy Instructor
Here at Oak Tree Cardiff we are privileged in having Kathy Taylor from the Australian Academy of Tai Chi teach us the exercises and moves involved with Tai Chi.
Kathy comes along weekly with her offsider to keep our residents in good shape.
Tai Chi is a healthy way to retain your balance as you get older, it is good for posture, relieving stress and helping with many medical ailments including Diabetes
Residents have completed the beginners course and are now progressing to the Tai Chi moves.
