At Oak Tree Retirement Villages, we believe flexibility is important when considering moving into one of our villas. This is why we have developed an extensive range of options to meet your individual circumstances and needs.

These flexible purchase options are available at most of our villages and include: 

• Standard Option – Purchase a villa and share in the capital appreciation your villa achieves over time. Exit fees apply.
• Traditional Option – Purchase a villa at a discounted price and take no share in the capital appreciation of the villa. Exit fees apply

Under these options, residents are able to tailor their own purchase conditions.

In most of our villages residents are also able to enjoy:

• No Stamp Duty
• No GST on their purchase
