Toowoomba heard the Bee Gee's calling

Previous Next

Already humming the cool sounds of the Bee Gee's Oak Tree Toowoomba residents climbed on board their bus for a day trip to Redcliffe and a stroll down the famous Bee Gee Way last week.

The Bee Gee's are originally from Redcliffe and their new memorial attraction along Redcliffe's beach front attracts fans from near and far - the Oak Tree Toowoomba residents some of many who pay tribute each day.

Keen to "jam" with the Bee Gee's residents posed for photos and wandered up and down the laneway reading about the band's musical history and listening to their music through the loud speakers.

Enjoying Redcliffe's glorious weather  residents found the perfect spot for morning tea with views of the jetty and sea side, before travelling around the point to Morgans Seafood for lunch.

A great outing with lots of chatter and laughter.
