Jocelyn chatting with her friends
Burpengary farewells a friend
Oak Tree Burpengary residents said a sad farewell to one of our favourite friends this week.
Len and Jocelyn Ubank were one of our first residents who moved into our village.
Unfortunately Len passed away this year and with Jocelyn’s failing eyesight she has decided to move on.
She has met some wonderful friends in the village who were keen to have a get together to say goodbye.
Presenting her with a lovely gift and a few words about how much we have enjoyed getting to know her and having her as part of the Oak Tree family, residents said their goodbyes and wished her all the best.
Good luck Jocelyn and we hope you settle well into your new home.
