Onsite Village Management

All Oak Tree Lifestyle Retirement Villages have industry experienced Managers onsite to ensure the village runs smoothly. Our Village Managers have the best interests of our residents at heart and are carefully trained and monitored to ensure the highest level of service and professionalism at all times.

Our Village Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the village including:

• Coordinating the maintenance of villas, landscape and gardens
• Coordinating and assisting with tenant meetings including body corp and social club committees
• Liaising with residents
• Welcoming new residents to the village

Our Managers pride themselves on being on a first name basis with each of our retirement village residents – we aim to make you feel at home and at ease. 

Special Needs and Emergencies

For your convenience and well-being, each retirement village has provision for a 24-hour/7 day per week emergency assistance button to be positioned within each villa. Several of our villas are also easily adaptable to suit restricted mobility needs and include aged friendly conveniences such as shower handrails and wide doors for wheelchair access.

Security

For your peace of mind, most of our villages are fully fenced and secured by an electronic security gate. Ample car parking for residents and/or guests is also provided with lighting for added security. All villas include security screens to all windows and doors.

Community Enjoyment Centre

Central to each retirement village is our community Enjoyment Centre which includes a multi-purpose floor area. This is easily converted into a dining room or meeting floor and is ideal for social activities such as dancing, arts and crafts and almost anything imaginable.

Our Enjoyment Centres and villas are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, casual seating and walking paths throughout - perfect for a lazy wander or a brisk power walk. These, together with a selection of garden features, add a touch of elegance and tranquility.

Many of our Oak Tree Retirement Villages also include:

• A swimming pool
• Outdoor lounge seating and undercover BBQ entertainment areas

Social Club – For living, doing and being more

Your Village Manager, together with your elected social committee, can add variety to your day by coordinating daily/weekly activities and entertainment. You choose to be involved as little or as much as you wish.

Our social committees meet on a regular basis to coordinate an agenda of ‘things to do’, which can be as limitless as your imagination. You can enjoy quiet activities such as board games, card clubs and craft groups, or participate in more energetic pursuits like dancing, aqua aerobics, bowls, trivia nights or discovery day trips.
 
With an emphasis on making each day count, our social agenda is at the very heart of each of our villages.

Wellbeing & Domestic Services

Whether you would like help now, or will need help in the future, our Retirement Villages also include:

• Health and care services including:
  • Scheduled visits from medical and health professionals who can meet with you in the Wellbeing Centre or, if need be, directly in your villa
