Park Avenue Testimonial three

I am an 85 year old lady and I lived in a highset Queenslander home before moving into Oak Tree Retirement Village Park Avenue. I was having a lot of trouble with my knee and was finding it extremely hard to get around.

I had kept all of the advertising I received on Oak Tree when it first opened and decided it was time to seriously think about what I should do. I made a decision to ring the village and see if I could find out more. Jenny was very lovely and told me that there were still units available and I could go out to the village anytime. I was so thrilled with the village being on flat ground, after all my home was on a slope. The units were so beautiful, modern and roomy, no stairs, and the gardens were just lovely. I said yes straight away. Jenny spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and even suggested that I go home and think about it before I made up my mind. But I said "NO I love it!" and paid the deposit straight away.

I honestly feel that I would not be able to find a better home anywhere else other then Oak Tree Retirement Village Park Avenue. I love my new home and my visitors always comment on how lovely it is and are surprised at the unit's size.

I have made a lot of new friends and we all look out for each other. There is always someone to chat to.

Although, I honestly believe that it is Jenny's personal touch and caring manner that is most amazing and that is what makes Oak Tree Park Avenue so special to me.
