Park Avenue is located in Central Queensland's city of Rockhampton. Alongside palm-tree lined streetscapes our village sits amongst a quiet neighbourhood which enjoys a pleasant blend of coastal and rural landscapes. A slow five minute walk up the road leads to the architecturally designed Capricorn Country Golf Club, and the meandering Fitzroy River. A five to ten minute drive in the opposite direction will lead you back into the heart of Rockhampton City where you'll enjoy a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and social activities. Medical centres and heath practitioners are only minutes away, as is the Rockhampton Hosptial and the Rockhampton airport.

Coming from Rockhampton
Travel to the Albert St/Moores Creek Road Bridge and cross the Fizroy River. Veer left onto the Knight Street exit. Follow this until you come to Main Street and turn left. Travel along Main Street until you come to a T intersection on Glenmore Road. Turn right onto Glenmore Road. Oak Tree Retirement Village Park Avenue is on the corner of Glenmore Road and Macalister Streets.
