ILF brings extensive industry experience to the joint venture with a property portfolio of senior and student housing properties valued in excess of $1 billion. The partnership with Oak Tree Group was announced in 2006 with plans to provide up to 5,000 senior accommodation villas in areas of greatest need over the next ten-year period. Oak Tree Retirement Villages’ property portfolio grows steadily throughout Australia with future plans to expand into New Zealand.
